MAC AFRIC 6.5kVA (5kW) Standby Diesel Generator

The MAC AFRIC 6.5kVA Standby Diesel Generator supplies 230V single-phase power for compatible equipment at remote locations and during power interruptions. Its open-frame design allows airflow and access for routine inspection and maintenance.

Electric and pull-start options provide starting flexibility. Automatic voltage regulation (AVR), a T.F.V meter and an oil alert system help operators monitor and manage operation.

Operating guidance

Have an electrician assess intended loads and startup demands. Follow the manual’s initial and continuous load limits; these percentages were not supplied.

Operate outdoors, away from doors, windows and vents. Building connections require a suitable professionally installed changeover system. Stop the engine and allow it to cool before refuelling.
