Recommended Feeding Guidelines

Note: Always provide access to adequate roughage (hay or pasture) and clean, fresh drinking water at all times.

Important Safety Information & NPN Warning

CAUTION: This feed contains Non-Protein Nitrogen (NPN / Feed-Grade Urea) and must be fed strictly according to instructions.

Epol Animal Nutrition

• Adaptation Period: When transitioning livestock from an NPN-free feed to this product, introduce it gradually over 4 to 6 days using a 50/50 mixture to allow rumen microbes to adapt.

  GR Feeds

• Protect From Rain: NPN is water-soluble. Do not allow rain or water to collect in feed troughs, as livestock drinking this liquid can suffer urea poisoning.

• Do Not Double-Supplement: Avoid feeding concurrently with other NPN-containing feeds or licks unless directed by a livestock nutritionist.
