Ingredients Statement

Plant protein products (oilseed meals), grain by-products, feed-grade amino acids, Non-Protein Nitrogen (NPN) sources (Feed-Grade Urea), calcium carbonate, dicalcium phosphate, salt, essential trace mineral pre-mix, vitamin pre-mix (A, D3, E), rumen buffers, and digestive enzymes.

Mixing & Feeding Guidelines

Note: AFGRI Fintech HPC is a concentrate and MUST NOT be fed directly to livestock without prior mixing according to recommended inclusion rates. Always ensure livestock have free access to clean, fresh drinking water and clean roughage (hay or pasture).

Example Sheep Feedlot / Production Mix Ratio:

• AFGRI Fintech HPC: 200 kg (20%)

• Milled Yellow Maize / Grain: 700 kg (70%)

• Roughage / Lucerne Meal: 100 kg (10%)

• Total Mix: 1,000 kg (100%)

Introduce the final mixed ration gradually over 10 to 14 days to prevent digestive acidosis.

Important Safety Information & NPN Warning

CAUTION: This concentrate contains Non-Protein Nitrogen (NPN / Feed-Grade Urea) and must be mixed and fed strictly according to instructions.

• Adaptation Period: When transitioning animals to a total mixed ration containing NPN, introduce it over a 10- to 14-day step-up protocol to allow rumen microbes to adapt.

• Thorough Mixing Required: Ensure the concentrate is thoroughly and evenly blended with crushed grain and roughage to prevent uneven NPN consumption.

• Protect From Moisture: NPN is highly water-soluble. Keep feed troughs sheltered from rain. Liquid standing in feed troughs containing urea can cause rapid, fatal toxicity if consumed by livestock.

• Do Not Double-Supplement: Do not offer additional NPN-containing blocks, licks, or feeds concurrently unless guided by an animal nutritionist.

• Emergency Action for NPN Poisoning: At the first sign of toxicity (bloat, muscle tremors, excessive salivation), orally administer a 50/50 mixture of household vinegar and cold water (approx. 375 ml to 500 ml for sheep; 1 to 2 liters for cattle) and contact a veterinarian immediately.
