Feeding & Management Recommendations

• Recommended Daily Intake: Feed to ewes with lambs at a minimum of 0.8% of body weight per day (adjusted based on grazing quality, ewe condition, and stage of production).

• Gradual Adaptation: This is a high-energy feed containing an NPN source. Introduce feed gradually over a 7- to 10-day period to prevent digestive/rumen disorders.

• Roughage & Water: Always provide constant access to good-quality roughage/grazing and clean, fresh drinking water.

• Trough Management: Ensure sufficient trough space to allow uniform feeding and prevent gluttonous over-eating by dominant animals.

Important Safety Warnings

• Protect From Rain: This farm feed contains Non-Protein Nitrogen (NPN/Urea). Rainwater can dissolve NPN into a concentrated liquid solution, posing a severe toxicity risk if ingested. Keep feed troughs covered or sheltered.

• NPN Precaution: Do not feed indiscriminately alongside other NPN-containing licks or feeds.

• Storage: Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight and moisture.
